Additionally, Isaiah Noreiga has been appointed AFFC Youth Director and has accepted additional operational roles for the 2018-2019 Season.

Isaiah Noreiga, a Houston native, began his playing career with local small clubs in his area which then led him to be selected for the Houston Dynamo Developmental Academy at the age of 13.

At the Houston Dynamo, Isaiah found plenty of success and learning experiences traveling across the world playing teams like PSV and Botafogo. Isaiah was made a designated player which allowed him to be signed by Houston Dynamo at any point without having to go through the draft.

Isaiah also played for the u17 Trinidad and Tobago national team and was an integral part of their world cup qualifying team. Isaiah also was a starter who played 4 years at Duquesne University.

Isaiah knew early on that he had a special mind for the game and began his coaching education by receiving his E license at the age of 18. At 20 years old he received his National D license and coached for the Houston Dynamo academy u9-u12s. From there he began his coaching in Pittsburgh at Steel Town Magic for 2 seasons before moving to AFFC in the summer of 2016.

Finally, The Board of Directors discontinued the employment of Joenal Castma effective immediately from all roles related to AFFC.

“The mission of AFFC has been to develop players of all ages by creating an atmosphere in which they can improve their soccer and decision-making skills through first-class coaching and a high level of competition.

These staff changes will allow AFFC the opportunity to build upon our tremendous club growth in the past few years and enable us to provide our athletes the opportunity to improve their skills while building friendships amongst team-mates and most of all – have fun playing soccer.”
